Eligibility Requirements
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of your receipt date.
Condition Requirements:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Miscellaneous Accessories that are intimate in nature
- Any items without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of delivery

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.

- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
