Return & Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date.

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Miscellaneous Accessories that are intimate in nature
  • Any items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of delivery

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with PayPal, your refund will go to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will appear on your credit card statement.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.
